I have created my own online courses for you to learn how to manage your inner world and transform your experience of life.

This Confidence building course is full of 5 learning sessions. Each session will take roughly an hour depending on the learning that you need to put in. The course is most effective if you complete the exercises and do the ACTION STEPS as this all flows in sequence.

I had no confidence.

My experience was extreme low self esteem most of my life. I attracted unhealthy relationships that only made me feel even worse about myself. I wasn’t comfortable with myself at all. My thought patterns were full of blame and sabotage for myself. I always felt like people judged me, didn't like me. I worried so much about what others thought.

I experienced a lot of stress and I felt stuck all of the time. I thought this was me, this was how life was. I lived like this for many, many years.

Something needed to change. I blamed my past and other people - The story I told myself was.. If this, this and this didn't happen to me my life would be better. In my world it was poor old me, I'm just not confident.

Very little did I know at the time it was my whole Inner world. The way I thought. The way I felt, my behaviour.

I was the only thing stopping me from having happiness.

This will have a personal example of my experience and what worked to transform my inner world. Everyone has different life experiences so examples are a great inspiration. They give further insight. No matter if similar or totally different to my life experience.

Before starting this amazing insightful Ecourse you will need a journal and a pen, a candle and a lighter and a warm private space that you can work in without being disturbed.

Day 1 You will step back and uncover what has been stopping your confidence from growing. You will also learn a 'Magic Momments' exercise to help with mindfulness and taking charge of your energy. You will also learn how to strengthen your self esteem.

Day 2 You will learn more about limiting beliefs and practice new scrambling techniques of letting go. I will also teach you about control. Learn how not to others or unwanted situations disturb your peace.

Day 3 Learn 3 main techniques to bring into your life every day. Discover more learning on how to break thought and emotional patterns that randomly make you feel uncomfortable.

Day 4 Listen to my healing meditation to clear your body of stress and strengthen your self esteem. You will also learn extra techniques to help strengthen your confidence and how to sustain your energy throughout the day.

Single Parents Double Your Energy 5 Day Email Course

I was a single mom for most of my children's life. They are now over 19 years old and over 13 years old. They both have two different dads. I experienced abusive relationships physically, emotionally and mentally. I was homeless when my 19 year old was a 6 month baby. I was only 21, we lived in a hostel for over 8 months.

I was depressed, hurt and completely gutted with how my life had turned out.

I felt tremendous guilt. My heart had been broken more than once. All I strived for was to raise my sons to be strong, loving men. I didn't want their start in life as adults to be like mine and their fathers.

It was so extremely hard at times. I couldn’t bear my life. I was the only one who my boys had to rely on so I could never ever give up. I was so lost and so desperate to help myself as I had no support network to seek comfort from. My journey had to start with sorting my inner world first. Then once I got a grip of hope, I stuck with it and with all my strength for the love of my boys I soldiered through.


I can truly say heart to heart this has been the most amazing journey but it was hard of course. There was a way, there is always a way.

I mastered my road blocks and learnt so much wealth of wisdom.

I learnt through experience and the value I received was transformational with my relationship to myself and my two sons.

I met my soul mate in 2015 and have an additional two beautiful {step} children. They live with their mom.

My parents had a difficult divorce when I was 16 years old. I am very familiar with blended families. I have experienced this situation from many different angles as both the child, and the parent also.

I created this course for Single Parents to double your energy. It is most important to look after yourself.

Reset Your Health Body Cleanse


There are hundreds of cleanses out there, some more extreme and some more gentle. This is a hypo-allergenic cleanse or elimination cleanse. This means removing the foods that most commonly cause symptoms of a food allergy or toxicity.

Those foods are gluten containing grains, dairy products, eggs, soy, caffeine, yeast, sugar (and it’s many forms), dried fruits and more sometimes poor food combining. Avoidance of these foods has lead to relief of symptoms in many individuals.

By re-introducing these foods back into the diet individually which you’ll be doing in phase 3, one is able to see clearly how their body reacts to that food.

This gentle, yet effective approach is designed to support the liver’s detoxification pathways and to improve intestinal health so that the body can clear out excess toxins and operate at its highest potential.

It delivers an all access pass to boundless reserves of energy you didn’t know you had. You’ll find that every part of your body works better simply by “switching on” your metabolism and body’s natural healing abilities.


This is not a fasting cleanse so you should not feel hungry. In fact, most participants are surprised that they feel even more nourished and satisfied than they normally do on a regular diet. If you do feel hungry, it could be that you are withdrawing from sugar addiction. This is normal and will pass in a few days. Hunger could also be a sign you are not eating enough fat or protein or complete meals.

Evaluate how much you are eating at meal times and adjust. Sometimes we can also experience a false hunger or emotional hunger. In this case, it is important to become very curious! The big question on most people’s minds when they begin a cleanse is “What the heck do I eat?” During the cleanse phase we are focusing on simple, clean foods that are easy to prepare and easy to digest.

This protocol is designed to eliminate major foods that cause inflammation and digestive issues. You will see that there are plenty of foods to choose from! One of the core strategies here is to focus on what you get to have, not what you don’t get to have.

Toxic chemicals are abound in the world today – they easily find their way into our body through the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the water we drink. We also ingest foreign chemicals when taking medicinal or illicit drugs, or when using alcohol or tobacco.

Although the body is designed to be self-cleaning and to excrete these toxins, it cannot always handle the overload present in today’s environment.

Chemicals not excreted accumulate in our fat cells and cell membranes become internal toxins. When the body is under stress, it releases those toxic waste products from the fat to circulate in the bloodstream. These toxins can damage the protective intestinal lining, literally corroding the body from the inside out; making it a less effective filter for the good nutrients we might be bringing in. The more it is damaged, the less effectively it absorbs nutrients, and the more toxins pass into the blood and lymph systems. This is what I experienced.

This is why elimination is so important during a cleanse! We aim to eliminate toxins from the body to avoid toxic overload.
